"I'm currently in Wichita Falls attending school at the Sheppard Air Force Base. Being an HD owner (05 Deluxe) of course I had stop by for a Red River shirt. While looking around a most pleasant motorclothes associate, I think her name is Jenne??? (Blonde) Anyway, I've not been in a business in any state where a sales person was so nice. She spoke to me like she'd known me all of my life. I explained why I was in Wichita Falls and she thanked me for my service as well. A business will usually only hear about a bad experience never a good one. I wanted Red River to be aware of her outstanding customer service. She made my visit a memorable one.

"I see alot of comments about the sales experience at RRHD. Let me tell you that the service after the sale is just as top-notch. Walking back into the store is like stopping by a friend's house. The store was very busy but my wife and I were treated as if we were the only customers present. I could watch as my bike was serviced, relax in the massage chair upstairs, browse through the store, anything. The employees are always helpful whether making a sale or answering a question or just chatting about riding and Harleys in general. The Service dept. makes absolutely sure what you want done to your bike, explains every step after the service is complete and goes over any issues that may have arisen with your ride.

"Just a little update. I got my 08 Fat Boy about three weeks ago and I cannot thank you enough for taking the effort to get me my ride several weeks in advance of the target delivery date.
THANKS KEITH for taking the time to get that done. I still am amazed at the friendly service not only in person, but when I call on the phone. While there are at least three dealers twice as close as you are, I will ONLY deal with your dealership.
It really is a pleasure doing business with Red River Harley - it is like you are doing business with friends or people that you have known all your life when in fact up until about month and a half ago I never had meet anyone at your dealership. What is amazing is that EVERYONE at the dealership has that same attitude. Case in point - a few days ago I called and spoke to the gal in parts about some hand grips and a couple other minor accessories. She took the time to give me some ideas - she had no idea that I have plans to add several thousands of dollars of items to my bike, all she knew as some guy called and asked her a few questions about a couple parts and instead of the quick answers to get you off the phone, she took a few minutes to offer some alternatives (that actually cost less than I had in mind) so I knew right then and there this wasn't about the sale, but about treating the customer right and getting the customer what works bests for them and not about making a buck.
This was the same attitude the salesman (Keith Cash) had when he explored several options with me before I bought the Fat Boy and the same treatment that Ed gave me when I laid out the first couple thousand on accessories.
Normally when I make a purchase like this I don't respond to surveys or even bother to tell my friends and coworkers about the buying experience because there usually isn't much to talk about - oh I'm treated okay and have gotten a pretty good deal, but the service here is something you should be very proud of.
I have told at least a dozen people that I know when they want a bike they need to go to Red River Harley. I look forward to many years of dealing with Red River Harley and again I want to say thank you for your time and attention you have given me in making owing a Harley a great experience. "

"I am from the Fort Worth area and I drove over a hundred miles to come to your store. There are at least three HD stores at least 75 miles closer, but they ALL had an attitude like they were doing ME the favor of being in their store. I had what I thought would be a few simple questions, but all I got was someone that could talk in circle. Even the simple things like checking to see what inventory was scheduled to come in couldn't be done as it might take a few minutes of THIER time to check it out, other than to say we got a truck coming in a couple days. One dealer told me they didn't answer any question over the phone. Why have a phone you dumb @$&%*!!
Here is a customer that has $$$$$$ burning a hole in his pocket and thought that you HAD to add several thousands of dollars to the MSRP to get a HD - after all that is what I was told at the Fort Worth area HD Dealer - expect to pay OVER the MSRP if you want 2008 HD. You would have thought that since I had bought a brand new HD Sportster for my wife six months before I went looking for me the dealership would have loved to have had a repeat customer, but this simple was not the case. I guess in January when not to many bikes are sold some dealers can turn on the charm, but when they get a little busy they think they are in high cotton and don't have to do a damn thing once there is more than one customer in the store.
I was just about to give up on HD and go back to the Yamaha Brand when I remember passing the RRHD dealership on a recent trip to Colorado. I figured I give you a call and see one last time if I couldn't buy a HD. WOW. Not only did Keih Cash take the time to answer my questions, he actually called me back when he said he would with updated information about the arrivals of the 2008 models. And get this, RRHD does NOT add to the MSRP price. After several phone calls back and forth I sent Keith a check as a deposit for a 2008 HD.
I decided to take a trip to the dealership even though "my bike" wasn't due in for another month to meet Keith and to see if I couldn't maybe ask a question or two about some items I wanted to add to the bike. I figured I get what I got in the Fort Worth area stores - stand in line and they tell you if they had the item or not. Keith took me to the parts guy and said he will be better able to help you. What an experience - we sat down and talked over the pros and cons of what I had wanted. He found me some alternatives that really will look better and at cheaper price!!! And I will save around $20.00 per hour over the Fort Worth area labor prices to get it put on.
I have the bike that I really want on order and I am looking forward to the day it gets here.
Thanks RRHD for allowing me to be a member of the HD family and making me feel like I was the only customer when in fact your store was crowded with people.

"I was extremely impressed with my experience. The purchase of my Pewter Pearl XL883C Sportster (upon which I recieved MANY MANY compliments on the color) was a PLEASURE! At almost 40 years old, I have spent quite a few hours in dealerships purchasing different vehicles. While I was prepared for such an ordeal, I did NOT expect what I got. It went from "What bike do you want?" to "Hope you enjoy the bike!" in less than an HOUR! Special thanks to Jim in sales and Royce in financing. The rest of you guys were great, so please don't feel slighted.
Red River HD made me feel more like I was buying a lifestyle as opposed to just a motorcycle. I was introduced to the Service Department, the terms of the financing and the extras available, as well as the warranty and extended service plan I bought were explained well (not a quick glance, but also not drug out over hours and hours).
I have told all my friends about Red River HD, and direct anyone who asks, regardless of the make of motorcycle they are looking at. I made the mistake, when I began looking for bikes, of thinking I couldn't afford a Harley. With the service and care they provide, I actually couldn't afford NOT to get a Harley."

He immediately got the service department to look at my problem. The service dept. took the cycle into one of the cleanest shops I have ever seen.
