Replace or change check tighten plugs within torque specifications.
Torque specifications checked by second technician.
Primary Chain Tension:
Inspect and adjust as necessary
Primary Chain Lubricant:
Replace or change as needed
Clutch Adjustment:
Inspect and adjust as necessary.
Transmission Lubricant:
Change and tighten plugs
within torque specifications.
Torque specifications checked by second technician.
Fork Oil:
Replace
Tire Condition and Pressure:
Inspect and adjust pressure to
36 psi and check tread depth.
Wheel Spokes:
Inspect and adjust within torque specifications.
Steering Head Bearing Adjustment (swing by check):
Perform check and lube bearings
Brake Fluid Reservoir Level and Condition:
Inspect front and rear and add fluid as needed
Brake Pad Linings & Disc:
Inspect and as
necessary adjust clean or replace
Drive Belt:
Inspect and adjust as necessary.
Torque specifications checked by second technician.
Rear Shock Absorbers:
Inspect and adjust as necessary
Air Cleaner:
Inspect, clean or replace as necessary
Fuel Lines:
Inspect for leaks and proper connection
Enrichener Control:
Inspect and adjust as necessary
Throttle Cables:
Inspect and adjust as necessary
Electrical Components:
Inspect and check or proper operation
Engine Idle Speed:
Inspect and adjust if necessary
Critical Fastener Torque:
Such as Front & Rear Axles; Brakes; etc. all checked
with torque wrench to be fastened within specifications.
